Treatments at Altiva

Physician-reviewed plans with public pricing. Your plan is built after the evaluation, not before.

Supportive and Optimization Therapies

Along with stem cell treatment, Altiva offers physician-guided support therapies. These are not upsells. They are added only when your case calls for them, and priced separately before you commit.

Peptide Protocols

Peptide therapies may be added to support tissue healing, lower inflammation, or improve metabolism.

Bioidentical Hormone Therapy

BHRT may be added to your plan if hormones need balance. A physician oversees it.

Nutrient and Support IVs

Anti-inflammatory drips, vitamin blends, and nutrient plans to support your body during and after treatment.

Additional Physician-Guided Therapies

Depending on your case, other support options may be added. These include biofeedback and other choices the physician reviews with you.

Support therapies are listed and priced as part of your plan. Nothing is added without your knowledge and approval before you commit.

Who We Work With Best

Not every patient is a strong fit. Here is who tends to benefit most from an Altiva evaluation.

After Conventional Options

Patients who have tried standard care, like physical therapy, medications, or shots, and want to consider a regenerative option before surgery.

Systemic or Multi-Area Conditions

Patients with complex or multi-joint problems who may do better with whole-body support than with a single shot.

Patients Planning Carefully

People who want a thorough review, an honest answer on fit, clear pricing, and a full picture before they commit to travel or treatment.

What Our Patients Say

Real patients. Real conditions. Unedited feedback from people who came to Altiva after standard care fell short.

At 57 my left hip had deteriorated so badly I couldn't walk without limping. My knees, back, and shoulders were all breaking down from compensating. The day I went in for my first treatment, I had to go to the chiropractor just to make it to the clinic. In the US they told me hip replacement. I've now had two stem cell sessions covering my hip, spine, both knees, and shoulders. My back has never felt better. My knees are amazing. My shoulders are amazing. My hip is a thousand times better than when I walked in. The reason I chose this clinic was Jason Marks and Dr. Gutierrez. Jason was there through every step of my process. Two professionals that I totally felt comfortable with, and both did exactly what they said they were going to do. I've sent 10 friends to the clinic and they've all raved about their results.

I'm a 70-year-old dentist who works out with weights four to five times a week. When my L5/S1 disc bulge got bad enough that I could barely stand or walk, they recommended spinal fusion. Over the years I'd heard too many of my own patients tell me their back surgeries made things worse. My wife is a retired RN, and we were both initially skeptical. But Dr. Gutierrez was thorough. He reviewed my MRI, ordered bloodwork, and explained every step. My wife sat in on the procedure and was impressed with the attention to proper sterile technique. The procedure took about 75 minutes and was almost painless. We walked to a restaurant for lunch right after. I'm now about 85% better, I haven't missed a single day of work, and I figured out that the time off for fusion surgery alone would have cost me more than the stem cell treatment. Jason Marks walked us through the entire process from start to finish.

I'm 78 years old and I've had a bad shoulder all my life. I'd tried many treatments over the years and none of them lasted. The pain was continuous and it was affecting everything, especially my sleep. Jason Marks suggested I consider stem cell therapy. I was rather skeptical, but after meeting with Dr. Gutierrez, who requested an MRI, bone density test, and extensive bloodwork, I felt very confident with him, the team, and the process. After the injections in my shoulder and arm, I had quite extensive bruising, but no pain. Now, a month later, I still have no pain and am very pleased with the results.
