Altiva is inside CityMedica, a medical clinic that has served Nuevo Vallarta since 2008. You get a full clinical setting, not a standalone procedure room.
Every case is reviewed by our team, with physician oversight, before treatment is offered. If you qualify, you get a clear plan and price, not a sales call.
We offer set treatment types with public starting prices. You know what to expect before you arrive. Your final plan and quote comes after the evaluation.
Four steps from first contact to follow-up.
Share your condition, goals, and history through our intake form. A real clinician reviews it, with physician oversight.
Within 48 hours, you get a candidacy answer. If your case is not a strong fit, we tell you. If you qualify, you receive a protocol outline with confirmed pricing before any commitment.
Most plans take 5 to 7 days on-site in Nuevo Vallarta. We help with travel and lodging logistics.
After you return home, we follow up on your progress on a set schedule.
Dr. Gutiérrez brings more than 35 years of medical practice to Altiva. He trained at the University of Guadalajara Faculty of Medicine. His career has focused on regenerative care for complex chronic illness.
He holds a Master's in Regenerative Medicine and was among the first physicians in Mexico to earn it, part of the country's inaugural cohort in the field. He is one of a small group of doctors leading this work in Latin America. As co-owner of Altiva, he helps plan treatments and oversee patient care.
Not every patient is a strong fit. Here is who tends to benefit most from an Altiva evaluation.
Patients who have tried standard care, like physical therapy, medications, or shots, and want to consider a regenerative option before surgery.
Patients with complex or multi-joint problems who may do better with whole-body support than with a single shot.
People who want a thorough review, an honest answer on fit, clear pricing, and a full picture before they commit to travel or treatment.
Real patients. Real conditions. Unedited feedback from people who came to Altiva after standard care fell short.
