Neurological & Autoimmune

A Connected Framework for Two Overlapping Systems

The nervous system and immune system are closely linked. Many nerve conditions involve the immune system. Many autoimmune diseases affect the nerves. MSC (mesenchymal stem cell) therapy works across both systems. MSCs calm overactive immune responses. They also support nerve tissue through growth signals and lower inflammation.

For nerve conditions, MSCs delivered through IV travel toward areas of inflammation and damage. They release growth factors like BDNF, VEGF, and IGF-1. These support nerve cell survival, support neuroplasticity (the brain's ability to reorganize), and may help slow the rate of decline. For autoimmune conditions, MSCs help rebalance the immune system. They lower the overactive T-cells and B-cells that attack the body. They also help restore regulatory T-cells, which are the immune system's own corrective tool.

These are complex, custom cases. Every patient gets a thorough evaluation before any plan is built. Treatment goals, realistic outcomes, and pricing are confirmed before you commit.

Pricing for Neurological & Autoimmune Cases

These plans are quoted after a physician review. Cases differ a lot, and no plan can be priced without a full case review. Submit your evaluation with as much detail as you can about your diagnosis, history, and current function.

Representative Protocol Framework

Plans in this group are highly custom. Below is a sample outline. Your plan is built after a thorough review of your diagnosis, history, and imaging.

Neurological & Autoimmune: Representative Protocol

Day 1–2 Full review of MRI, neurology reports, immune labs, disease activity, and current medications. Baseline inflammation markers. Medication interaction check before we proceed.
Day 2–3 MSCs delivered through IV. This is the main delivery route for both nerve and autoimmune cases. Some nerve plans may include intrathecal delivery (into the spinal fluid) based on the condition. A second infusion may be added based on disease severity and plan design.
Day 3–5 Support therapy. Anti-inflammatory add-ons. Clinical monitoring and daily check-ins. Other steps in the plan based on your case.
Day 5–7 Final review. Discharge planning with a set remote follow-up schedule. Diet, supplement, and (when needed) medication guidance.
Months 1–6 Set remote follow-up at planned intervals. Lab checks at 4 and 12 weeks after treatment. Response timing varies by condition and person. Progress notes are ongoing.
COMMON GOALS

Lower nerve inflammation, rebalance the immune system, support tissue repair, slow disease progress, and improve daily function.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Clinical review, MSC infusion, on-site monitoring, a discharge plan with follow-up schedule, and remote check-ins after you return home.

AFTER EVALUATION

If you qualify, you get a case-specific plan outline with confirmed pricing. Most patients plan 5 to 7 days in Nuevo Vallarta, based on the complexity of the plan.

Individualized Pricing After Evaluation

Neurological and autoimmune plans are complex. They cannot be priced accurately without a full case review. Pricing depends on cell count, delivery method, number of infusion sessions, and whether add-on therapies are needed.

Submit a free evaluation with your diagnosis, current medications, and recent labs or imaging. Our clinical team will review your case and give an honest answer on whether treatment fits, and what a realistic plan would look like.
